I reached out to CasinoGuru because i had an unresolved dispute with one casino. The guru team was utterly professional and after all helpul! Dont hesitate to contact them in case of need.

This company wont pay out. They ask for all kinds of identification, which is fine i get that trying to keep your account secure. But i sent passport, bank card, utility bills, screen shots of paypal. This wasnt enough! They asked for photo of an old card ( hence the word old) this was a lost card and had had two cards since this! No way i could photograph something i did not have. So i found an old bill with a transaction using this 'old card' then my account was blocked. Ive sent them 7 emails since then, and 4 days with no reply.. ( they were before hand replying quite quickly) my balance ( my winnings are there but they blocked my account. Ive done absolutely everything. Seems to me like they trying to withhold winnings! Beware!

Stackr is a fun site to play on. I love the freebies I get in emails, and I like that I can watch a quick ad to get another chance at the daily wheel. The providers and games are the same as most other sites and offer a wide selection of different styles to play. I like the transparency the site offers on redemptions and deposits information. Once I'm able to redeem and try out the process for myself, I will edit my review and score as necessary. Overall, this Casino offers players great deals, email freebies (not an annoying amount either), plenty of variety, and easy deposit and withdrawals.

Excellent customer service I've never had an issue and all my questions are answer in a timely fashion thank you lucky charms sweeps

I was looking for a casino that offered a no deposit bonus and Bitguruz was recommended to me. When I registered and received a no deposit bonus, I loved it. It has the best slot providers and very good graphics.
