Customer service here is really great, always helpful. I've had some amazing wins and some brutal losses, but it always pays out fairly, and I've never had any issues withdrawing. Honestly, one of the best sites out there for online gambling.

Professional RakeBack is a great company for anyone who needs help with the world of online poker. They have consistently answered any questions I have had about online poker and have helped me with everything from rewards programs, software, and even gave me information about using bitcoin. But highest marks go to them for their customer loyalty. I signed up to a poker site through Professional Rakeback that eventually went bankrupt a few years later, taking over $20k of my money with them. I thought the money was gone for good, but after the site went under, ProfRB set up a rakeback program for me that has allowed me to recover my lost funds(<$5k so far). ProfRB goes above and beyond what a poker affiliate is obligated to do and I am very grateful. I highly recommend you choose them too for any online poker needs. Good luck!

I was hesitant at first because I’ve had some rough experiences with other platforms. This one, however, really impressed me. It’s cleanly designed, runs smoothly, and most importantly, they don’t waste your time when it comes to transactions. Felt very professional and reliable throughout.
