Good company and reliable

They told me my redemption would be 14 business days, I put my redemption in on July 15th and it’s now been 25 business days and I still haven’t received it! I don’t recommend buying in on here since you don’t know when you’ll ever get your money! I have reached out to support 5+ times and they just keep saying I’ll get my money but don’t know when . Also they keep telling me in 24-48 hours an account manager will reach out to me via email, which since August 4th has never happened Will update if and when I receive my redemptionUpdate after about 45 total days of waiting I have received my redemption! I will be continuing to use this platform going forward!

Miami Club Casino is the absolute BEST! They are very trustworthy. I have been with them for many years, as evidence, I am in their Millionaires Club. The customer service I have received is second to none. Payouts are always on time and never a question. They offer the best promotions with the lowest play throughs of any casino. You know you’re in good hands in every aspect of your transaction. They also have the very best games and always adding the newest and most exciting games. All you have to do here is play, have fun and WIN! Like me!
