Its okay i like it

In my experience of Bitofgold.cc it has its ups and downs just like any other online casino but I've always had good customer service from Bitofgold.cc.

I have gambled with them for years I have never done a withdrawal. Today I got a bonus completed my play thru to find out they have 2 playthrus. The second one is the same amount as the first, but you have no idea when it's complete. Then my bonus is capped at 300 for a withdrawal. I am now trying to play thru an amount I don't know when I will meet it all for 300 when I've spent over 10000. I will be cancelling my account. Not to mention they call me like 3/4 times a day. I'm a vip but I'd rather find a new casino

I had a very serious issue with a 6,400 USDT withdrawal blocked at 22Bet for a long time, which caused me a lot of stress, especially because of my health and financial problems.Casino Guru handled my complaint in a professional, patient and human way. The analyst reviewed all the evidence, guided me step by step on what to send to the casino and stayed in touch throughout the process. They are transparent and do not promise miracles, but they really do everything they can to mediate fairly. In my case, 22Bet finally released my withdrawal and I received the full amount. I am convinced that Casino Guru’s involvement and the public complaint helped push the casino to do the right thing.I highly recommend Casino Guru to any player with problems at an online casino. They answer, investigate and genuinely care about players. I’m very grateful for their help.

Excellent casino. Finally it's difficult to find a good online casino these days, but look no further. Very fair terms and conditions with regard to bonuses. The verification was extremely quick all done through there system so no messing around. I made a withdrawal for 320 euro by visa and was in my account within 10 minutes. Great selection of games too.
