Totally the Staff!!! The games are fun but the Staff... Charlie & Zayn are THE BEST!!! They are always attentive and go above and beyond to ensure I have a good playing experience. I won't play anywhere else simply because of these 2 Employees!!

Updated below :Host are great , and the company use to be great until i won. They let me cash out once…. but they blocked all my favorite games after and told me it was my phone or browser but if a friend had no issues at all using my tablet and laptopI don’t know that I trust this casino to be full legit but we will see supposedly you can’t withdraw a second time but we’ll seeI will update soon The true update will be coming soon I won a second time and we’ll see if I am allowed to cash out again if I’m not for some made up reason or something happens to where they don’t allow me to. It seems to be the issue that people are complaining about so let’s see if the odds are in my favor and I will re-fix my review and i’m even adding a star this time for the fact that I was eligible to win again in general some people seem to think that they can’t win again but I think that’s bad luckTo cash out is the real question guess five star or one star coming soon maybe I was wrong 😬

Whenever I want something out of the ordinary, I log in to Cool Cat Casino because they always have new slot releases and quirky games. I’ve even received surprise reload bonuses just for being an active player. All my cashouts here have gone through in under 24 hours.

Fun games, nice selection to choose from
