I have three categories when I think of what I want to play at a certain time. One is slots, the second is live dealers (texas hold 'em / Funky Time, and last is how fast / getting paid instantly. I have more than 5 casinos I can think of for each. Scrooge tops one category - it's the casino I go to play Funky Time/Crazy Time, and also a few others occasionally. Other praiseworthy oddities: They are, to my knowledge, the only casino to offer penny slots to people betting SC/ST, which makes it a hell of a lot more fun to play and spend time on some of your favorite slots you come to like after a while... and #2 - They actually pay when they say they are going to pay you. If you think about redeeming at your fav. certain casinos, I bet it's kind of a toss-up and usually pretty random when you finally get the funds posted to your account. Scrooge doesn't keep you guessing. Last thing: they have live support chat (although sometimes there's a tiny bit of a wait) - but they always addressed my concerns that I have had in the past. Overall I would give them a 5 - but the only reason it's a 4 is because of the website layout - it could just use a more modern touch and approach to it.

It's a great casino I had a Wild experience

What can i say ive never used a sports casinobook quite like this one! User interface is easy, all games are accessible, casino games play just like they are sopposed too! You get cash back for each lost bet, plus bonus coins for instore shopping but they thing the excell in is the customer service i have never been left hanging thanks to Sofia and Victoria that get back to you immediatly or within minutes, you can reach them anytime its like they dont sleep! Anyways they make it easy! Great experince

Fast withdraws and verification

This is probably long overdue. I have played at Omni for over 10 years, super easy experience, I am lucky enough to be a VIP and have never had an issue withdrawing amounts (even when over 5K). Suzanne (my host) is amazing and has been with them as long as I have. I have in the past had issues with their support and I haven't always been easy to deal with but she navigates it and makes it work.I wish they had a bit more selection but it is my go-to if I am not playing our provincial casino.
