I was getting the run around from a casino from which had made a withdrawal request. The request was approved but the payment never came. After months talking with their support I found casinomeister's player arbitration service. I opened a ticket not thinking it would help but it couldn't hurt anything. They replied 2 days later and said they were contact the casino. 3 days after that my bitcoin wallet had received the funds from my withdrawal. I was amazed and happy about the quick and positive resolution. If it wasn't for their intervention I'm sure I would still be looking for the payment. Thank you very much for the help and if anyone else has issues with online casinos open a ticket with this site and let them get what you're owed!

I would just like to say that I’ve never been disappointed with Sloto Cash and the amount of bonuses they offer their players as well as making it easy to redeem. They definitely make it fun.
