I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the Scrooge platform as well as the customer service reps. My payouts were always within 24 hours. Always a great experience.

I made a deposit of $200. I placed one bet with odds of 1.68, the bet won, and my balance became $336. I created a withdrawal request, but after a while it was simply rejected. Support in the chat is not responding.I am ready to change my review if my situation is resolved. In fact, I placed one bet before the start of the e-sports game.My account is verified; I previously sent all the documents, and they were accepted. What else do I need to do to withdraw my money?kyla111UPDATE:They simply closed my account, on which only ONE bet had been placed, and reset my winnings to zero, saying that I could only withdraw my deposit.I do not recommend placing bets here. The bet was clean, DOTA 2, Tidebound-Natus Vincere, placed before the game.+ Additionally requested video verification )Ha ha ha, that sounds funny. And what about the fact that my account was verified back in April-May? How did it pass verification if the country is subject to restrictions? Why, after checking my documents in MAY, did you not restrict me in everything as you have done now?Why are deposits, bets, casinos, and everything else available?

Very great customer service and fast service

Easy registration and verification process. Great game selection and quick withdrawal 👍
