I was excited until I put in a second withdraw request. Received a confirmation email of accepted request and nothing else. It's been over 24 hrs and I've not received funds yet. I've spoken with customer service and emailed them and the same reply of " our system has been fixed and issue resolved, your request is being processed". But it has NOT. It's still in pending status on hold. The new request is in the same status after email confirmation of being accepted. I'm getting the run around instead of a straight forward answer. It's looking like I've wasted money and time on this game.

I finally can Bet Higher bets and Stop the Slots again, that a big Advantage some Times. I Like that you can Pay via Paysafecard, Not just over Mifinity where you have to pay taxes. There are a many different Games with also high rtp rate whats a good sign to Made a fex wins. Would Love to See PayPal at the deposit Center, but thats the only Bad I can Tell about Joocasino.
