I was excited until I put in a second withdraw request. Received a confirmation email of accepted request and nothing else. It's been over 24 hrs and I've not received funds yet. I've spoken with customer service and emailed them and the same reply of " our system has been fixed and issue resolved, your request is being processed". But it has NOT. It's still in pending status on hold. The new request is in the same status after email confirmation of being accepted. I'm getting the run around instead of a straight forward answer. It's looking like I've wasted money and time on this game.

Good game selections. Easy to navigate and they continually pay out. My first two deposits were slow because I needed to verify my account which is required by law so it's not a delay tactic. Once my account was verified and I achieved vip levels high enough redeem deposits were instant. I've tried a few others but I like this one the best!
